• From "buy and grow" to "grow and/or sell/IPO":  before founding DILLON Inc, Jonathan Dillon managed the Corporate Development - M&A/Integration efforts at one of the most prolific internet acquirers of the 2003-2008 period, Yahoo! – assessed hundreds of companies each year, bought 40 companies over the period 2003-8, Yahoo! invested $5bn, achieved a 65% success rate by integrating and growing them effectively.  At DILLON Inc we now apply those strategic, operational, market and financial lessons to partner with our clients to drive accelerated growth and achievement of goals.

• Partnership and "executive in residence" vs consulting:  we have been consultants in former lives.  Our founder previously ran the internal M&A/Integration function of the world’s largest internet company.  At DILLON Inc we now partner with high potential companies to help them grow and realize their goals by providing "executive in residence" services.

• Accelerate growth and revenues:  markets move quickly, start-ups are doing more with less, financing is in shorter supply.  We believe in focusing on the key accelerators to get to market quickly, solidify market position, and rapidly grow revenues.  Examples of these accelerators include product devt to market entry timing, securing the right distribution partners, leveraging our contacts to get the right deals, getting the most out of limited resources and leveraging revenues to grow the company, etc.
