Prior to founding DILLON Inc, Jonathan Dillon had over 6 years of experience running M&A/Integration at Yahoo!, evaluated hundreds of companies, acquired 40, Yahoo! invested $5bn of capital, and achieved a 65% success rate in growing these businesses and realizing target returns (vs market averages of 20-40% for growth/innovation deals).  With this substantial track record and vet-buy-grow know how, we bring strategic, market, operational and financial expertise to our clients.

We springboard a company’s go to market planning and execution by leveraging our in depth understanding of the tech, internet, software, social and digital media sectors, and our network of large internet portals, medium sized vertical specialist companies, angel and VC investors, corporate GMs.

Our philosophy is to partner with and provide an "executive in residence" service to companies to leverage their innovation and domain expertise and complement that with our direct experience of evaluating, acquiring and growing similar types of companies in the same industry.
